Personal invitation links
Create a unique link for each guest and share it yourself. Their page holds the welcome, locations, schedule, RSVP and chat; automatic email delivery is not yet included.
RSVPs & dietary preferences
See each guest’s response and dietary needs. Each person replies individually; household RSVP on behalf of members is not currently supported.
Guest seating
View tables beside the guest list. Seat someone individually or move a household when enough seats are available. The upcoming independent edition’s layout setup is still to be confirmed.
Schedules & live progress
Create and edit moments, times and locations. Mark them pending, active or complete. Guest schedules update while open; times don’t complete events automatically.
Private messages
Keep questions and replies with the guest they belong to. Conversations update while open, with no need for a wedding-wide group chat.

Good to know.
Do we need our venue to sign up?
No. The independent couples edition is designed for direct purchase, without a participating venue. You will have your own wedding workspace.
When can we buy it?
Direct purchase is coming soon. Pricing, checkout and the independent edition’s layout creation workflow will be confirmed before launch.
Are the screenshots from the couples edition?
The previews show real screens from the current app’s couple and guest workspaces. Independent account purchase and layout setup are upcoming; the preview does not imply those flows are already available.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open their personal invitation link in a browser, with pages for Home, Venue, Schedule, RSVP and Chat.
What about budgets, suppliers and payments?
Those are not currently included. VowGarden currently focuses on wedding details, guests, invitations, replies, seating, schedules and private messages.
